ERIC WILLIAMS

Eric is a native of Salt Lake City, and began playing the piano at the age of five. He picked up the guitar in high school because, "the rock bands I played in didn't need keyboards." He also played the saxophone all through high school and college (go Utes!).

Eric toured all over the U.S. and Canada during the late 90s - freelancing with various country, rock, and funk bands - always honing the chops that are now so important for the dueling piano show. He says, "I love all styles of music, and enjoy the challenge of either trying to reproduce the original as closely as possible, or changing a song's style dramatically just for shock value." He runs a recording studio and produces music beds for many local radio stations.

In addition to piano, guitar and sax; Eric also plays the mandolin, ukelele, banjo, and a real mean set of spoons.
